Notice Regarding the Non-Renewal of the Contract Between BioFix Fresh and Fugreen in 2026

First and foremost, BioFix Fresh Trading and Technical Co., Ltd. (BioFix Fresh) would like to express our sincere gratitude for your trust and support over the years.
In accordance with our brand protection strategy and commitment to product quality, BioFix Fresh is pleased to announce the termination of our partnership with Fugreen Environmental Co., Ltd. (Fugreen) as follows:
1. Termination of the Contract
BioFix Fresh has officially decided not to renew or extend Framework Agreement No. 020125/BIOFIXFRESH-GREEN-S/HDNT-2025 with Fugreen Environmental Co., Ltd.
The official contract expires as of: 12:00 AM on January 1, 2026. As of this date, Fugreen is no longer an authorized distributor of BioFix Fresh products and services.
In addition, at 11:00 a.m. on March 17, 2026, BioFix Fresh sent notification No. 09-261603/TB-BFF/2026 via email to Fugreen regarding the decision not to renew the contract between the two parties.
2. Reasons for terminating the partnership
This decision was made after BioFix Fresh gathered sufficient evidence that Fugreen had committed a serious breach of its contractual obligations (specifically, Section 5.1.4 of Article 5 regarding the exclusive commitment to market BioFix Fresh’s microbial products).
We confirm that FuGreen has proactively sourced microorganisms from other suppliers to operate in parallel and has shown signs of replacing BioFix Fresh products with products of unknown origin. This conduct not only violates the commercial agreement but also distorts market information, directly affecting the brand’s reputation and consumer interests.
3. Protecting customer rights
To protect the interests of our other distributors and customers, BioFix Fresh would like to announce that, effective March 17, 2026, microbial products from Fugreen will no longer be part of our official distribution network. Therefore, we will decline to address any complaints regarding the quality of products from this company.
