The bacterial strains in spore form utilize grease molecules as a food source and produce their own enzymes. These enzymes then break down the grease molecules into fatty acids and glycerol. The microorganisms continue to digest the fatty acids and glycerol, ultimately converting them into basic components like water and CO2.

Over time, the bacteria will continue cell division, increasing in population over a 30-day period as they carry out the task of decomposing accumulated grease in the trap. As a result, the grease treatment efficiency becomes higher over time, preventing the grease from solidifying again.

• Step 1. Open the Packaging: Cut open the outer package and remove the bio-degradable pouch from the paper bag.
• Step 2. Microbial Activation (Brewing): Place the microbial pouch into water and let it activate/brew for approximately 6 to 8 hours.
• Step 3. Nutrient Addition: You may add nutrients (such as molasses, sugar, etc.) during the brewing process.
• Step 4. Inoculation: Pour the activated microbial solution directly into the treatment system.

Note: The standard dosage is 450g per 1–2 m³ every 30 days. However, depending on the volume of grease accumulated and the size of the grease trap, BioFix Fresh technicians will provide detailed adjustments to the dosage during application.

• The product has a shelf life of 24 months. Once the packaging is opened, store it tightly sealed at room temperature.

• Use the correct dosage as recommended by the manufacturer. The actual dosage depends heavily on the volume of grease accumulation and the size of your grease trap.
• To achieve optimal treatment efficiency across multiple areas, it is recommended to combine this product with BAC GB-1201 and BAC GTT-1204 microbial products.
• BAC GTP-1203 will activate much better when brewed in warm water for 1 hour.
• Always brew the microorganisms with clean, chlorine-free water.
• It is highly recommended to apply BAC GTP-1203 at the end of the day, after all kitchen cleaning activities have concluded.
• If the product comes into contact with your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
• Strictly avoid using any chemical drain cleaners or harsh detergents simultaneously, as they will destroy the beneficial natural microorganisms.
