Inspection Policy

1./ Definition.
Inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the shipment sent by biofixfresh.com with the products listed in the order placed by the Buyer.
2./ Time of Inspection
Biofixfresh.com allows the Buyer to conduct a joint inspection with the delivery staff at the time of receipt, including: quantity, type, and quality of the goods when the Seller delivers them.
After receiving the goods, if the Buyer discovers any discrepancies during re-inspection, they may contact the customer service department for assistance with returns or exchanges.
Note: Please record a video while opening the package for reference if necessary.
3./ Scope of Goods Inspection.
a) Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the general condition of the goods, including the packaging. Within 15 business days from the date of receipt, the Buyer has the right to inspect the quantity, type, and quality of the goods through visual inspection (inspection by visual examination) in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the specified documents.
b) The receipt of goods, whether inspected or not, or payment for the goods, shall not be deemed acceptance of the goods and shall not affect the Buyer’s right to reject non-conforming goods, claim compensation for resulting damages, or take any other remedy to which the Buyer is entitled. Furthermore, acceptance of the goods shall not waive any rights or remedies available to the Buyer arising from any breach of the Purchase Order. Rejected goods may be returned to the Seller or disposed of at the Seller’s expense
c) The delivery of goods must be documented in a Delivery Receipt and signed by the authorized representatives of both parties responsible for receiving the goods.
The Buyer is requested not to open or use the products in the shipment while issues are still being addressed during the goods inspection process with us
4./ Steps to follow if the received goods do not match the order.
• If, during the joint inspection, the received products do not match those ordered on the purchase order, please contact our hotline to speak with the customer service department to reconfirm the order.
• If biofixfresh.com ships an incorrect order at the customer’s request, the customer may refuse to accept the shipment and is not required to pay. If the order has already been paid for, the Buyer may choose whether to request a new shipment or not; in either case, biofixfresh.com will issue a refund as soon as possible.
• The Seller will process returns or exchanges for defective items within 7–10 days of receiving notification of the defect from the Buyer, or include the replacement in subsequent orders. Return and exchange costs are borne by the Seller
5./ Channels for receiving complaints from the Buyer.
